Fins chalet Kattenberg

At a glance

Our hidden gem on the Kattenberg: a detached Finnish timber chalet with its own gate. You only realise how big it is once you have driven through it. The chalet has an enormous garden with a generous terrace and a proper garden set to sit in the sun while the children kick a ball around on the lawn. Inside you walk into a beautifully furnished living room with a bay window looking out over the garden, and a large luxury kitchen with a combination oven and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with luxury box-spring beds, with a shower and separate toilet next to it. Upstairs are two more large bedrooms, also with box-springs, a brand-new bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private sauna. Beside the chalet stands a separate outbuilding with one more bedroom and its own bathroom with shower and toilet: a private guest cabin for a couple joining you or for the older children. There is also a shed with a large freezer, a cot is available and the washing machine in the reception building is free to use. Detached, so no neighbours through the wall.
