Jonkersweg 57, known in-house as Villa Winterswijk 57, stands next to number 55 on the Den Möllenhof holiday park in Winterswijk Meddo. Outside you recognise it by its red timber gable and the characteristic arched windows, with a magnolia in full bloom above the terrace in spring. Inside it is light and roomy: a living room with three leather sofas and an armchair around the coffee tables, a TV corner with a bookcase, and wide sliding doors to the garden. The dining area has a generous table with six chairs. The bedrooms have box-spring beds that can be set up as a double or as two singles. The layout matches number 55: one bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom, two bedrooms upstairs sharing a bathroom and the sauna. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower cabin, and the house has its own sauna and hot tub. Your dog is welcome. Just as at number 55, the Hilgelo lake is a stone’s throw away and you cycle straight into the hedgerow landscape. We rent this home out alongside number 55, so a larger group can book the two houses side by side.
